Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If you need your collar adjusted for size, just send us a message through the Contact tab or tapping the button below, to start the return process! (If it's been over 30 days, I'm pretty lenient - just message us!)

Sizing tweaks are free of charge if we’re removing length. If we need to add length, you’ll only be charged the size difference plus return shipping.

Because each Willadore collar and bracelet is handmade and personalized just for you, I’m unable to offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been shipped. However, your satisfaction means the world to me! If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right!

Refunds will only be issued in cases of verified damage, defect, or order error on my part and if a Return/Exchange is not possible. Please include clear photos and your order number when contacting me!
