Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If you need your collar adjusted for size, just send us a message through the Contact tab to start the return process! (If it's been over 30 days, I'm pretty lenient - just message us!)

Sizing tweaks are free of charge if we’re removing length. If we need to add length, you’ll only be charged the size difference plus return shipping.

Each Willadore piece is handcrafted with care, and we want it to fit your pet perfectly — we’re always happy to help make it right! 💖

How do I measure their collar size?

Here's a quick video from our Instagram showing how to get an accurate measurement!

If you don't have Instagram follow these steps:

  1. grab a flexible tape measure and wrap around where you want the collar to sit on their neck
  2. be sure you can fit two fingers under that measurement to ensure a comfortable fit
  3. That's the size collar you'll want to order!

The collar I received doesn't fit quite right...

That's not a problem! We want to make sure that you love the collar and that it fits how you want! Just check out our Return Policy above for details!

When will my order ship?

Each collar and bracelet is handmade with care, so our current turnaround time is 2–3 weeks. We’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, so you’ll know exactly when it’s on its way!

How durable are these collars?

Our collars have gone through a 600 pound pull strength test and passed!

We've tried to make these super durable so they can last! I still walk my dog's on their harness so it's more comfortable for them since they pull but that's totally up to you!

My puppy/kitten outgrew their collar - do I have to buy a whole new collar?

Not at all! We know little ones grow fast, which is why we offer Fit for Life. When your baby pet outgrows their collar, just reach out to us through the Contact tab, and we’ll guide you through the resize process.

You’ll only pay the size difference + shipping, instead of purchasing a whole new collar. That way, your pet can continue wearing their personalized Willadore collar comfortably as they grow — no need to worry about them outgrowing it! 🐾

Are these dog collars waterproof?

Yes! I made sure all materials used are water-resistant. The braided cable wire is coated in durable vinyl, and the leather straps are Biothane, so your pup can enjoy everyday adventures — rain, surf, or splashes included!
